Editorial policy
Our aim is to make concert-going easier to understand without overstating what an article can establish. We distinguish useful general guidance from details that readers should confirm for a particular event.
Accuracy and clarity
We check claims against the material available to us and take care to explain the scope of general advice. Event arrangements, venue access and performance details can change, so readers should confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant event or venue before setting out. We do not present personal preference as a universal rule.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for relevance to readers, not to secure a favourable mention. Where an article compares options, we aim to describe meaningful differences and avoid implying that a single choice suits every listener.
Corrections
If you spot an error or unclear passage, contact us through the Contact page and identify the article and detail. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers.
Partners and illustrations
Material created with a partner, or supported by a commercial relationship, is labelled so readers can recognise it. Partner placements are kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where that applies, we label them accordingly and do not use them as evidence of a real event or venue.
A concert starts before the first note.
Choosing what to hear and finding your bearings in a room can shape the whole night. We focus on small, useful details that leave more space for the music.
